I'm not quite sure if you are planning on repackaging all 10 items in the first drawing, If you are, I don't feel as if it will be necessary. I think you will be able to get the "new" message across with only a couple packages.
As for you logo idea, I am drawn to the first one. I think with some different variations, that logo would work. I would stay away form the logos at the bottom (with the 5 colored circles), because they make me think of children's products.
